Searching for Final Housemate in New Houseshare!

Hey everyone!

We are a group of three (plus a lovely cat!) searching for a 4th person to start a houseshare in this gorgeous house in Kemptown! They won't let me add the link to the listing on Rightmove but it's "/properties/172978079" on the end of their website address if you wanna check it out!

We haven't secured the house yet as we need the final person before we can apply.. so the clock is ticking! The house is available from the 16th April, so we need someone ASAP to apply with us before another group swoops in and snaps it up.

We're all working professionals working in sustainable design, renewable energy, community kitchens, and data analysis.

The room up for grabs is a huge, bright, south facing double room with storage and gorgeous shutters on the windows, and exposed floorboards.

The house has a lovely kitchen, and a seperate living room and dining room downstairs. The garden is enormous, with a big patio, lawn (we wanna grow some veggies!!), and decking at the end.

We would love to find someone who wants to join a community style of living, and wants to make friends with the poeple they live with! This won't be a party house, but definitely want it to be sociable with dinners and gatherings/parties for special occasions!
