Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to share my place in Kemptown with- the flat has stunning sea views from the front room, a new kitchen (fitted December 2024) and a bathroom with bath.

I'm Bea, I'm 27 and I've been living in this gorgeous little apartment for 5 years now, I work a for a charity within events, with work from home 1-2 days a week and occasionally late evening working out side of the flat as well. I also teach yoga, and enjoy attending yoga and other movment classes or heading to the sauna or for coffee with freinds! I also enjoy hiking/nature, art exhbitions, learning new things!

I'm quite social, and will head out to meet friends or go to a class some evenings but love a weekly flat meal or tv night!

I'm planning to potential run small yoga classes from the front room, once or twice a week in the near future, so might take over use of the front room for those times.

I'm vegeterian, and if possible would find someone that is the same on this!
