Move-in date May 2026. Furnished double room sharing in two-bedroom first floor flat with 45yo female landlady. Includes parking space if needed, and indoor bike lockup. No pets because my lease does not allow it unfortunately. The spare room in photo will be your own wfh/lounge space.
All bills included apart from electricity, which would be split between us monthly.
I’m out at work most days and fairly busy evening and weekends, but very happy to hang out when in, or not, if you prefer! Happy with very short term nightly basis if you’re inbetween places or whatever, or anything up to 6 months. Thanks for reading!
