SEAFRONT HOME IN HOVE

My well heated flat is on the ground floor of a modern block on Hove Seafront, just near the Padel Courts. The beach is literally just 200 metres away.

The 700 bus stops outside so very easy communication with central Brighton. 250 metres up the road is the stop for the 6 which goes to Brighton station as well as the 1 1a and 1x going to Kemp Town and the Sussex Hospital and 6, which goes to Brighton Station.

The room itself is a very comfortable double room, with a large cupboard and sizeable chest of drawers. and good winter central heating

There is also a folding table which can be used as a desk and chair to go with it, whilst there is also a very comfortable easy chair for relaxation

The monthly rental includes all bills. Of course there is WIFI and I have a printer so if that is needed, it is available.

You are welcome to use a the south facing lounge with its TV and other easy chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped,

The shower room is just 2 or 3 steps from your bedroom.

Outside there is a lawn for relaxation.

If you have a car, it is easy to get a parking permit, and most of the time there are plenty of spaces nearby

The rent is £750 per month

I speak quite good French and Italian and am happy to welcome people of all nations and religions
