AVAILABLE FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2026 - One newly decorated comfortable room, will become available for a student in a lovely, very large and friendly family home in Hove - in a beautiful residential area, which is close to the sea and very close to public transport within easy reach of Brighton and direct access to the Universities and local shops, bar and restaurants.

The room, which is light + airy, which will be available is on a separate floor from the rest of the home. Another two students have already booked the other student rooms that are on that separate floor and they will moving in early September 2026.
Also, there is a separate large modern bathroom that is available for students' use only on that floor.

Room: Medium sized room with lots of storage - Price £210.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast 7 days a week, evening meals (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes.
Deposit £420.00 (2 weeks rent).

We are a family that has really enjoyed hosting students in the past from all over the world and we look forward to welcoming new students to our home. Also, we are very fortunate to have a lovely cat and small dog, who are both very friendly, and part of our family.
