A lovely newly decorated double room to rent in my flat that is situated in one of the best streets in Hove, between the seafront and the shops and restaurants of Church Road. Hove station is a five minute walk with under 1 hour train journey into London.
Brighton is 20 minute walk along the seafront and many buses run from the top of the road.
The room is fully furnished with an antique French wooden bed, 2 storage bedside box tables, 1 chest of drawers, mirror, and a wall mounted clothes rail.
The flat has its own private entrance which leads onto an open plan sitting/dining room. There is a newly fitted bathroom with shower over bath, basin and loo. There is also a separate loo. The newly fitted kitchen which comes with fridge, freezer, oven with hob over. Washing machine and microwave.
I am a professional mature female that lives alone. I work away sometimes. The flat is a quiet space but I also like to relax and have a glass of wine in the evening.
My last tenant has just left after 3 1/2 years.
The flat has a chilled vibe and is very spacious. I am looking for someone that is employed and easy going. Must be gainfully employed.
