It is a 25 min walk from the Conquest hospital and a 35 min walk from the town/beach (if you like hills!!).

- Double Built in floor to ceiling fully mirrored wardrobe with shelving and storage.
- Sofa
- Wifi, and TV if required.
- Large en-suite - toilet, shower, sink, storage and heated towel rail.
- Own fridge freezer and mini kitchenette for cooking.
- Full use of washing machine
- All bills included.

You would be free to make this room your own by adding your own furniture, additionally we can provide extra furniture such as a desk if required.
Please note: Whilst we are a warm, fun and approachable family, this let is on a room only basis and not a house share. Ideal for someone that likes their own privacy and space like we do.
