I"m looking for a congenial housemate to share my spacious, stylish 3 storey Old Town, Eastbourne house.
The room is a spacious double room with sash windows and built in storage. The house has 2 bathrooms.
I'm looking for someone who is sociable and we can share a meal or watch a film together from time to time, whilst also respecting we have independent lives. I moved to Eastbourne from London 5 years ago. The house might suit someone moving into the area and wanting a place to land while they check the area out.
I've got lots of interests - sea swimming, stand up comedy and storytelling, choir and I'm out and about a lot.
I have a cat and I go away a fair bit so I'm looking for someone who loves cats and is happy to look after mine when I'm away. Obviously it's not an option to bring your own pet.
The kitchen is spacious and modern, leading on to a lovely sunny, secluded garden.
The house is in Old Town, right next to Waitrose, The Lamb pub and Gildredge Park so very handy for amenities. It's walking distance to the station.
