I'm offering a double room in a quiet flat in Roselands, Eastbourne.

Maisonette has a living room and kitchen downstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. Outdoors has a communal space with private shed for bike, and a washing line.

Seafront 10min walk, Princes Park 5min walk, Tesco Express and Co-op 3min walk, bus stop into town 3min walk (10min bus ride into town), 25 min walk into town. Plenty of on street parking.

All bills are included in price, including superfast broadband.

A little bit about me - I work as a Holistic Bodywork Therapist and am currently training and studying to add a qualification to my belt. My work is my passion so I tend to spend a lot of time honing my skills and knowledge. I enjoy keeping well and living a balanced lifestyle. I'm a calm, friendly and considerate person and I like home to feel like a place to relax and recharge in and am also open to friendly chats and sharing a meal together.
