The house has a fully furnished lounge as well as a communal kitchen and 2 bathrooms and shower room (one with a toilet and a shower one with just a shower and a toilet under the stairs) as well as a Garden.

The house is a five minute walk from the Coldean lane bus stop which connects you to a lot of buses as well as the falmer train station. The transport from the house is excellent for students or people working in the falmer/moulsecoomb area as well as buses taking you to the centre of brighton as well.

The current house mates are 3 other students 2 studying at sussex and one at brighton who are all friendly and relatively quiet.
