I’m offering a furnished room in my modern beautiful flat. The room is currently occupied but available again by end of April until the end of July.
Part-time lodgers (e. g. Monday–Friday) will also be considered at a reduced rent of £500, with potential to stay beyond July.
The flat has an allocated parking bay I don’t use, but also easy transport links, including the 5/24/26 bus to Brighton and the university.
