Double room available in seven dials

My current flatmate is relocating for work, so I am looking for a new flatmate to move into my lovely two bed flat in the heart of Seven Dials, Brighton. The flat has a lovely open lounge and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and two good sized double bedrooms. Each room has gorgeous big windows in. I am looking for someone friendly and tidy who I can be friends with as well as just flatmates (whilst also respecting each other’s space). I am really into music and love a gig / festival, but I also love chill nights in watching telly, and going to the pub on the weekends. Whilst I like to be sociable and go out, the flat is my nice calm place to come back to, so definitely not a party house! I adore this flat, so definitely looking for someone to love it as much as I do and want to look after it too.

I also am very much into running and gymming, and I work in the travel industry. My job is based in London so I am there two days a week in the office, and the rest working from home.
