Double room on Lewes Road available in May

Room is in a maisonette on the top floor above the St. Vincents charity shop on Lewes Road. 10 minute walk into town and very good bus routes. Room will be unfurnished with space for a double bed.

You would be living with me and Harris. I work full time for East Sussex county council and Harris works freelance as a dogsitter and tailor. We're both transgender and so would require you to at least be on board with that as we want to feel safe with whoever we live with.

We're both friendly and generally sound, and would have no problem with you having people staying over. We're both tidy people and would like to live with someone who is happy to contibute to cleaning on a regular basis, but we are generally pretty chill and can talk about whatever works for you
