Double room with en suite close to sea front

I’m looking for a new female flatmate to share a large, light, and recently refurbished 2-bedroom flat, ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the seafront between Brighton and Hove and a 15 minute walk to the station.

The flat features a spacious, fully furnished communal living room, a separate kitchen, and plenty of natural light throughout. The available bedroom is a great size and comes with its own en-suite bathroom. The current Tennant is open to selling the bed and mattress if you're interested, it was bought 1 year ago.

There’s also parking available with a permit, plus an outdoor storage cupboard that’s perfect for a bike if needed.

With bills I currently pay around £1050 a month.

I’m a 30-year-old nurse working shifts. I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing. I enjoy vegan cooking, relaxing in the evenings, and making the most of being so close to the sea.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy and respectful professional who ideally doesn't work from home full time. I don’t currently have pets but would be open to them, subject to landlord approval.
