Two double rooms

I live in a whimsicle bungalow with excellent light throughout. Theres a gym and 24 hour library and university at the end of the road, all of which I use. We are nessled in the hills but without having to go up a hill to get here which is magical. A local owl on the hill opposite hoots at night! I feel very close to town, I can cycle to the sea in 16 minutes. There's also a bus which goes from 30seconds down my road which goes every 15 minutes and moulsecombe station at the end of the road if you want to go further. Plus my house has parking!! And the parking on the road is also free.

I want the house to be an all female creative power house. At work I am a Senior Theatre Designer and Drama Teacher, at home I grow plants, come up with ideas and renovate furniture. Currently I am brewing rhubarb wine for a garden tea party. I am primarily looking for artists and musicians to fill the little place with.

My party era is largely behind me but I am pretty deep into the workings of festivals. Im looking for someone who is chill, clean and tidy (but not obsessive), friendly and who enjoys making the home nice for us to enjoy together, whether thats with flowers, seasonal decorations, joining in with the gardening or having dinners together. I want them to respect my needs and I will be respectful of yours! I have a sense of humor and I would like to live with someone funny or calm but you dont need to be both.

I care about being considerate of my very lovely neighbours Gill and Kevin, you will love them, they are so so nice!

No smokers please but wine on ocassion is lovely and dancing in the kitchen may follow. I made sure to get a good size fridge so we arent fighting over space and the kitchen has all the mod cons including a double stack ninja air fryer incase youre at that bit of your 30s.

We have a cute garden out the back perfect for dining alfresco and far enough from shore that you wont be terrorised by seagulls.

The ideal candidate is the sort of person who would find an amazing stick in the local nature reserve and bring it back to show me.
