Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, (no dish washer) washing machine all bills included (except food, cleaning supplies, and toiletries).

Shared: Bathroom with power shower and private terrace.

Council Tax Band A, not included. (fee extra, if wanted)

Price can be adjusted depending, but all bills included. Flexible on room adjustments if needed, as waiting for the right person first.

I moved from London to Brighton five months ago after directing a chain of clinics. I wanted to escape the stressful, unhealthy London lifestyle and be closer to my mum, enjoy the sea, and feel part of a more grounded community. It’s been one of the best decisions of my life. I’m friendly, chatty, yet respectful of space, - I don’t party at home. Now self-employed as a coach and aesthetic practitioner, I’d love to share my home with someone who adds to that calm, positive vibe and equally I like to hang out.
