Hi! We have a lovely double room with a garden view available from the 15th of May, located in Preston circus. Very close to Brighton train station, Preston Park as well as great local shops, pubs and restaurants!

About the housemates:
We are a fun and friendly household of working professionals. Some of us in the office, and some hybrid workers, as well as a chef!! We like to hang out in the evenings, cook food, watch TV, play board games or Nintendo. We are also always up for a pint, a gig or heading to the beach! (We have paddle boards and kayaks)

We would like a housemate who is looking to make friends and contribute to our lovely home as we're all friends, not just housemates!

About the house:
There are two communal bathrooms; one located on the lower ground floor with a large bath and shower attached, another is located on the first floor next to the bedrooms and has a shower only. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other clean male housemate.

Also on the lower ground floor is a large open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fitted with a large range cooker as well as two freezers and a large fridge. The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the hallway of the lower ground floor. We are also lucky to have a decent sized back garden with a barbecue included!

Bills not included - roughly £100 per month (we have a cleaner who comes once a month too!)
