🏡Room rent includes all bills (council tax, wifi, utilities, tv licence). Plus, £9 for monthly cleaner contribution.

Both bedrooms are on the top floor so if 2 friends are moving together, you would share a shower-room.

Double bed, vanity table and stool, bedside table & single warbrobe. There is space in the room for an extra piece of furniture i. e draws or clothes rail. You may have your own to bring with you, or we can put draws / hanging rail into the room for you. You are welcome to use the current TV in the room also :)

🏡The house - The house has 7 bedrooms, but 2 are locted downstairs which feels like a separate flat. These rooms are located at the top of the house.
*These rooms share a kitchen with 3 others.
*These rooms share a shower-room.
*Separate WC and other large bathroom downstairs that you can also use.

This house has:
✅️ 2 fully equipped kitchens, lots of fridge space.

✅️ 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines.

✅️ Sofa room (shown with a dining table in photo, but now has a sofa in it)

💫The house is a group of friendly working professionals working partly from home and the office. Various occupations.

-Rent: 1 month in advance.
-Deposit Required: 1 month.
-Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent (deductible from your first rent), so this is not an extra cost!
-For the Cleaner there is a £9 contribution per month , additional cost
-The owner pays for a monthly cleaner, so there are 2 cleans of communal areas per mth
