The house is well-maintained, warm, clean, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.

The current tenants are peaceful and considerate professionals. They keep the place clean and tidy and there's a friendly atmosphere. Professional or sensible student would be welcome.

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.
