Friendly relaxed household, respecting of own privacy, I'm a live in landlady, with 2 small friendly dogs who live downstairs with me. The bedroom is on the second floor which has two bedrooms, I have another lodger who lives in the second bedroom and is here monday to Friday whilst doing his apprenticeship and has been here for 3 years.

Smoking allowed but only in the garden. Would suit a professional or student ( with a guarantor)

Lovely clean modern house in a nice quite residential area in Alderney, near Parkstone and just a stones throw away from the beautiful Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, lovely for walks. Close to Tower Park, 15 mins drive to both Poole and Bournemouth town centres. Good access to trains stations in Poole and Bournemouth. Bus stops few mins walk and routes that go to Parkstone, Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks.

Shared use of kitchen / dining room with all mod cons. Own kitchen cupboard space, also fridge and freezer. use of washing machine tumble when needed. 2 Modern bathrooms with spar lighting and also a separate shower room.
Lovely garden / outdoor space with patio. Use of garage to store a bike if needed.
