I’m a 39-year-old female live-in landlord with two indoor cats and value a clean, calm home environment. In my spare time I like socialising with friends, working out and going for rides 🏍️, but equally love a chilled night or pottering about in the garden when the weather allows.

A friendly, communicative, non-smoking professional or final-year student who is happy doing their own thing but also enjoys a cuppa/glass of wine & natter from time to time.

Not looking for couples, but I am comfortable with a long-term partner staying over the same number of nights that you stay over at theirs, in any one week.

The room is ideal for someone seeking a long-term, stable, and relaxing home environment sharing with just one other to return to after work or university. Also, someone who is comfortable around cats, as occasional help when I’m away would be appreciated.
