There is a also a washing machine.

The house is on a quiet road close to shops and transport links. To the rear of the property is a paved garden where bikes can be secured.

All gas, most electricity, council tax, water, sewerage, TV licence and wifi included. There is an electric meter which over the last few years has needed approx £3 per week.

There are a total of 6 rooms one level 2 and 3, completely self contained.
