Perfectly located only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre and 5-10 minutes walk from the beach!

This is our family home and together with two other lodgers we provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This light and airy room with views of Dartmoor includes a double bed and mattress, large wardrobe with hanging space, a chest of drawers, table, chair, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, air fryer, 32" TV, kettle and toaster. (most of the appliances are brand new)

The ensuite shower room is fully tiled and includes a shower with glass screen, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and shaver/toothbrush socket.

The rooms are central heated and have full fiber Wi-Fi.

There is a communal utility room with washing machine, ironing board and lots of space to dry clothes.
