A Room with a View

Attic room

A mature Woman /female ... wanted to share my house,

a large room in my home.

The room is an original Attic room and has the original Archangel pine beams and a Wood stripped floor.

There is a nice bed in the room and a fitted wardrobe, also a small fridge , toaster and a little sofa,

sea views which are exceptional., one window faces the Atlantic sea, Exmoor , Northam Burrows , almost a 180 degree view,
the other window faces Dartmoor,

it's a one mile walk to Westward Ho!

I want a working tenant , and a woman.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen..[shared with me]
I am a very private person.
but friendly !

My previous tenant, a nurse, has been here for over a year , it worked very well.
