This bright self contained annex is an ideal summer let . (It will need to be vacated by 1st September for a student ). This is a community spirited household based in a town on the edge of Dartmoor 40 mins drive from Exeter. This large self contained part of house with own bathroom /kitchen will be free from 5th April and would suit anyone needing peace and quiet. It is in the centre of a small town but surrounded by beautiful walks and a river. This is a non smoking/vaping clean living household with no shoes worn indoors. There are essential shops in town and a bus to Crediton/Exeter. nearest train stations are Okehampton or Copplestone. Please get in touch if this is calling you. Superfast broadband but note this is no TV license household. Rent is £600pm incuding all bills. Plenty of free street parking. A resident cat and a lovely garden and a shared washing machine .
