1 bed accommodation in a rural accessible location, 4 buses a day that pick up near enough from the door and drop off appx 400 yds away , making trips directly to Barnstaple Train Station, Bideford, Ilfracombe (Stagecoach no. 85)

The accommodation is in a peaceful and tranquil area, access to the property is gained from a key coded gate ensuring safety and privacy. Includes ALL bills has off road parking, airband wifi, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, microwave/air fryer/grill, oven & hob, wet room, double bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe lounge with table/chairs , sofa and wood burning stove (you will be responsible for providing logs for this, I can assist with local suppliers and taking delivery). French windows opening to a small enclosed private patio area with a log store. Heating is provided by storage heaters. West facing views over open farmland from the back windows catching all the sunsets. Ground floor level with one internal step.

Payment terms a month in advance plus a month as a deposit.

We are negotiable on the length of stay but 6 month minimum is ideal.
