Flat is fully furnished 2 double bedrooms and immaculate with washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as all necessary appliances. It had recently been renovated so I require someone who respects the property and furniture. It has a fully equipped kitchen but plenty of space for your personal things. There is a large fridge freezer so no fighting over space
It is just a very short walking distance from the high street, the gym and the harbour and several restaurants and bars. There is a balcony overlooking the water

The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is plenty of storage space for your personal items.

There is also underground parking for one car as well as a private shed with a lock to store a bike.

I am away most of the time so my roommate would have the parking spot. There is a lift

I would prefer a professional person, non smoking and very tidy.

I am a very active "young" 73 year old. I travel and am away most of the time staying with my partner. I come home to Ilfracombe occasionally so the flat would be yours with me visiting. The building has 12 flats and they are occupied by mature adults. No children or pets.
