The room has been newly redecorated and refurbished. We have just finished hosting someone on a short-term basis, and the room is now available at £650 pcm all bills included.

It's a self-contained en-suite double room, created from a garage conversion, so it feels quite separate from the rest of the house. All the family bedrooms are located at the back, while this room is at the front, offering a good degree of privacy. The kitchen would be a shared space. We’re a family home based in Exwick. Bus stop 1 minute from the house, st. David’s train station 15 minute walk.
