Weekday/part-time

I have a spare room in my 3 bedroom house (council tax band C ) near Middlemoor, Exeter which is available for someone working locally either Monday- Friday or on a rota basis basis.
The local train station is 6 minutes walk away, bus stop similar. Exeter Chiefs & Tesco are a 10 minute walk, the M5 is a 5 minute drive.
There is a south facing garden, parking in front of my garage at the back or on road at the front of the property.
The Wi-Fi is unlimited, white goods available for use.
I have an en-suite to my bedroom so the family bathroom is available almost exclusively-except occasionally when I want to use the bath!
I am semi retired & so spend quite a bit of time at home and
I have an elderly cat who does little else than sleep now!
It would be suitable for someone who wants clean comfortable accommodation in a friendly environment.
