Double room in a spacious house with wrap around garden and a space for a car on a driveway. Bathroom will be shared with my 11 years old son who stays with me on alternative weeks but only in the mornings and evenings as attend school. Kitchen/ diner and big lounge with log burner are shared areas. You must be comfortable with a dog and old grumpy cat being around though they tend to stay with me.
I am easy going person. I am working from home at the moment but this may change in the future. Regular cleaning of used areas ( eg bathroom, kitchen ) as well as your own area will be a must. TV licence not included, but broadband yes.
