Double room with own bathroom/ensuite

Hey! I'm Elle. I’m looking for a housemate to fill one of two spare rooms - I have two rooms available, but only want to live with one other person, so you can pick which one you like. The options are: (1) a large double with an ensuite, for £625, or (2) a small double with your own bathroom (not attached) for £525. Bills are all included. You would have your own parking space on the driveway. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen-diner, garden and the downstairs cloakroom.

I've refurbed the whole house since I moved in 4 years ago, so the kitchen and all the bathrooms are new. I can't include pictures of all the bedrooms at the moment as the ensuite is currently being installed, so the house is a bit dusty. But I will add more pictures within the next few days. Until then, feel free to get in touch to come and take a look at the space. I've added pictures of the downstairs, so you can get an idea of the vibe of the house. I’ve also added a picture of the large double - this is when my stuff was in it, so the rug/art etc will all be removed. I’ll update pictures of this room soon.

In terms of who I am and who I'm looking to live with… I’m 33. I used to run a business full time and gave it up to pursue my PhD full time at the University of Sheffield. I like cooking, reading, studying and pottering about listening to science podcasts. When I’m not working or with friends/family, I’m out in the countryside with my dog. She’s a Beagle, 5 years old and extremely friendly. I'm clean and tidy, and would prefer to live with someone who also likes to live in a clean and tidy space.
