All bills included, but in terms of gas and electricity, there's a cap of £400 per month for both fuels per household (if exceeded the tenants split the difference between themselves - which never happened yet, but the clause is there to ensure reasonable energy usage as opposed to thoughtless waste).

Mostly occupied by students, sometimes there is a mix of students and working professionals in the house - ask about the current situation if interested.
