A cosy place at 5-min walk from Ormeau Park

Apartment with 2 bedrooms to be shared with me, an international wanderlust when I'm around. When not around, you have the whole apartment just for yourself.

Apartment has a living room, bathroom and kitchen to share with me. The room is fully furnished but does not have a desk.

Looking for a female flatmate, as the other other tenant (me) is female, who would take the 2nd bedroom (short term considered).

Room is available from 15th of April. Short-term can be discussed (Option from one week (£200 per week) to 4-6 months).
Please be aware it's only for one person. Don't do couples.
And don’t do long term.
No deposit required as it's short-term stay.

As easygoing and traveler person, I'm often travelling for work purposes. So, I'm looking for someone respectful of the other person space, tidy and ready to consider this place as their own without forgetting it belongs to someone else so any kind of destruction can't be tolerated :).
