The room has a set of drawers, wardrobe, bed, bedside table and several power outlets.
The house will be shared with myself (male) as I live here.
Occasionally other people when they are staying here and not elsewhere (1 female and 1 male)
Sometimes my child will be staying so I will be carrying out the relevant checks.
The rent price include fibre Internet, energy, ct (may need to be discussed if a heavy user or work from home due to the current world climate and ever increasing energy/ housing costs)
This can be further discussed if it arises or if gas/ electric is used excessively.
The house is semi detached with parking outside of the house, driveway use (if there's space), central heating, patio, shed for storage, large fridge, freezer washer, dryer, bath, shower, etc.
Would preferably suit a single working person although I will take considerations in regards to housing benefits/UC etc.
Price: £500pm, £150 deposit.
