Bright sunny small double bedroom (It has a double bed in the room different to photograph) with shared bathroom. This bedroom also come with its own private small lounge/ study/ craftroom.

The house has plenty of storage space and attic for larger items (suitcases etc)

Shared areas-
Kitchen/diner, electric oven and induction hob (different to photo), dishwasher and microwave.
Most of the kitchen things you will need are already in place plus a cupboard space will be allocated to accommodate your kitchen needs as well as space in the large American style fridge/freezer.

Large hallway with seating area and storage for coats and shoes

Utility Room- cupboards, washing machine/tumble dryer, space for muddy boots, downstairs W. C. and access to the garden

Large comfortable lounge

Large private walled sunny courtyard garden plus steep wildness area. We intend to grow vegetables etc so if your a keen gardener that would be a plus.

Off street parking available to household and there is a regular bus route nearby.

I am a professional artist and psychotherapist, live a quiet healthy lifestyle, enjoying the arts and outside activities. The other housemate is lovely male 39 years old and is easy to get along with.

I have 2 friendly older cats, so patience with animals is a must! As much as I love animals-sorry but no other pets will be considered.

I am looking for a person who likes a comfortable homely home but appreciate the need for the house to be kept clean and tidy for the benefits of all occupants. I am happy to occasionally cook, watch a movie or garden together.
