Summer rental! Spacious two-bed house

Hello, we're looking for Summer tenants for our recently renovated two-bedroom home.

Me and my partner are in Canada and we return at the end of October. We have friends around the corner and local tradesmen on hand should there be any issues.

The downstairs is open-plan, light and airy. The whole house has been replumbed and rewired so there should be no issues with plumbing and electrics.

The house comes fully furnished with a brand new kitchen as of 2024. The only difference from the pictures will be the yellow bed, which we are currently in the process of replacing. Looking for responsible tenants who will treat this as their home and take good care of it while we’re away!

All bills, council tax, insurance, WiFi, etc. is included in the cost. This is equal to £900 rent for entire property, plus bills of approximately £350 per month for a two person household. I would like to rent this as a whole, not as two separate rooms.

Lovely quiet location and friendly neighbours! Private parking space for one vehicle also included.

Dates will be from Sunday May 10th - late October (can be flexible around your preferred timeline as we don't have an exact date back yet).
