I can put a cupboard in the room if required up to whoever moves in if they prefer extra space or storage for clothes. I will get one right away if you wanted one. It’s a decent size room, freshly decorated with a brand new bed, mattress and new carpet. South facing garden gets mega hot it’s a real heat trap with sun until sunset. 30seconds from Lidl’s & Morrisons. 5 minute walk to the town centre & beach. Super Fast Internet. Relaxed atmosphere, clean & tidy household.

I am super clean & tidy. My dogs come with me to work so they won’t be around when I’m not there. Kitchen has washing machine and all amenities, bathroom with Shower & Bath. Whole house is freshly decorated. Smoking outside although I don’t smoke myself. Parking space. Long term rent available to the right person. Must be working. I’m pretty laid back, respectful & well mannered. I’m local to the area and my dogs are good as gold. All my personal stuff is away in my room so you won’t feel like you’re in someone’s else’s house, I want you to feel as comfortable and at home here as the dogs and I do. And as I’ve said I’m super tidy so the kitchen will always be clean and fresh as well as the rest of the house. It’s always clean, spotless and clutter free. I’m into cars, motorbikes, hanging out with my dogs and keeping fit and healthy. I don’t have parties or people over my ideal way to relax is a fire in the garden or a movie in the lounge.
