Comfortable room for rent in Minera

NOTE the room currently has 2 desks in but the double bed will be moved in shortly instead.

A well kept detached house in New Brighton, Minera with access to beautiful walks up the mountain and down the led mines.

You will have a cosy and comfortable room with a double bed, high quality mattress, desk with ethernet cable, wardrobe, hooks on door and blackout curtains.

You will have a large luxurious bathroom that will be mostly yours as I have my own, but I would use the bath in it occasionally. The bathroom has a lot of storage that would also be yours.

There is a shared living room with an open fire.

There is a shared kitchen which is also quite luxuriously fitted with hot water tap and dishwasher. Printer scanner is also available.

Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use.

Skye the labradoodle will be around to keep you company some of the time. I will happily consider your pets too.

Bike storage, a parking space, outdoor space, BBQ and balcony are available for you to use as well as my various wood working tools if that interests you.

Bills included.

I work from home 4 days a week in my office and have a plethora of friends and activities that keep me busy the rest of the time. I tend to bulk cook my meals in the kitchen so do not use it every day. I would expect relative cleanliness and tidiness but I'm not perfect either so no militantness here.
