Bus stop 40 metres, train (rail) station 300 metres both connect to Chester city centre 10 minutes, Liverpool 30 minutes and Manchester 40 minutes. Local shops inc. SPAR, pharmacy, Post Office, Doctors surgery, cafe, hairdressers
House owner is well travelled (64 countries) and retired (age over 65). He is a Pluralist.
