I’m the live-in owner and work mostly from home as a landscape architect. I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and happy to live in a friendly environment with my two dogs nayer and noona. I’m friendly and easy-going but tend to keep to myself, so ideal if you want a peaceful place to live.
I do smoke but outside.

Rent & terms:
• £475per month (including bills).
• Deposit: £300.
• Lodger agreement with flexible notice period.

Location:
The house is close to crewe town centre and retail park approximately a 15 minute walk each. Train station approximately 30 minute walk.
