£600 ex-large ,in nice area. With off road parking. Private residence -c. r. b'ed live-in landlord (semi anyway)-usually, rarely over night, Mainly empty.
for single working occupant. refs preferred. wi-fi ,very quiet, always bathe at parents house (across road) or at gym and mostly I eat and sleep elseware, the bungalow is a secure base for my belongings and I'm there daily- ish, so , I have to be picky.
☆Room 2 : back room, t. v. outlet, built in cubbard, wardrobe, draws. fan light, looks onto back gdn. No picture yet.
A *** FULL*** spare room profile/add about the applicant is necessary, it gives me, (as well as every landlord applied to) info about you're reqirements and suitability, so please have one filled out as much as possible, if you wish to be considered- (NO FULL PROFILE-NO-GO).
