The location is genuinely convenient: Cambridge South station is a five-minute walk (opening June 2026, with direct trains to London), Addenbrooke's and AstraZeneca are about ten minutes on foot, and the city centre is a short cycle or a quick hop on the Park & Ride buses that stop nearby.

Rent is all-inclusive – bills, Wi-Fi, and Council Tax are all covered. A three-month minimum if you're here for the summer, or longer term if you're staying on.
