We have one room available, single occupancy.

The rooms come with bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws.

The property is newly decorated and boasts a new kitchen and shower room.

The property has a two washrooms, one thermostatic shower over bath, Toilet, sink and one a thermostatic shower, Toilet, sink. Kitchen is also a good size, allowing all tenants to have their own ample storage space. There is a gas oven, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, microwave and kettle. You will have your own allocated storage space There is a lovely, sunny garden.

The property is in a great location. The center of Cambridge is within cycling/walking distance. There are supermarkets close by. You will be sharing the kitchen/lounge area and bathroom with others, quiet and considerate tenants. These areas must be kept tidy for the cleaner to visit once a week.

The rent is inclusive of all bills including fast wireless internet. While I can't offer off street parking there is on road parking (no charges).
