Large double room available in friendly 3-bed house

We’re looking for a new housemate to take a large double room (12.4 m²) in our 3-bedroom house.

You’d be living with two female housemates, me and Emma, in a relaxed, friendly home. We both work long hours, so we’re looking for someone who is easygoing, trustworthy, tidy, and genuinely nice to live with.

About the room and house

* Large double bedroom
* Shared kitchen and living room
* Garden
* Garage
* Parking out front
* Main bathroom with bath/shower shared with Emma only
* Separate downstairs toilet and sink, mainly for your use, and it’s rarely used so very low-maintenance

We also have a 4-month-old puppy and a 4-year-old cat, so being comfortable around pets is really important. Because we both work 50–70 hours a week, we need someone we can trust at home with them. If you love animals, we’d be very happy for you to be involved with them too.

Who we’re looking for:
* Male preferred
* Professional or student
* Clean, considerate, and happy to split household chores
* Comfortable living with pets and being around them day to day
* References preferred
* Vegetarian preferred, but not essential
* Must be able to pass the landlord’s referencing and credit checks
* Pets considered, but not guaranteed

We’re really looking for someone who wants a calm, friendly, respectful home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
