Rent: £245/week (bills included)
– I’m happy to contribute £500 towards the rent, bringing it down to roughly £215/week overall (I really need this room gone)!
Payment options (through management):
– Pay in full before move-in
– Or split into 2 instalments (half before move-in, half later)
