Hi,
I'm looking for two housemates to come and live with me in Cambridge. The two upstairs rooms available share a bathroom. Each room is about 16 feet wide with the smaller room being 9 feet deep and the larger being irregular, but up to 12 feet deep.

There's a Kitchen-diner, Living room and garden that are shared.

The house is in a beautiful, relaxing and secure (gated entry) neighborhood. Neighbours are very friendly.

30mn walk to city centre
2min walk to the river
7min walk to Tesco
10min walk to Aldi

15min cycle to Cambridge station (1 mile away)
10min cycle to Cambridge North Station (0.9 miles away)

Several gyms, swimming pools and tennis courts all within 10min cycle

There is no parking at the property, but there is free on road parking nearby.

Kitchen - brand new gas boiler, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Clothes dryers, fridge freezer, induction hob, Microwave, Oven, Air Fryer, Toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking implements and cupboard space

Lounge has a 65" TV with surround sound system, 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, a desk.

Person:
Some one who is clean and tidy, quiet between 23:00 - 7:00, and who is both up for getting to know the rest of the house hold and also have private time to themselves. I work hard and for long hours so enjoy coming back to a clean, tidy, peaceful and relaxing home. It would be nice to cook each other a meal perhaps once a fortnight.

Badminton, engineering, racquet sports, yoga, taiji, walks, outdoor activities, travelling.
