Hi there!

We're looking for one friendly new housemate to join our lovely home as one of our current housemates will sadly be leaving us at the end of May.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
Our beautiful house is located just off Mill Road, so plenty of opportunities for having a nice meal or grabbing a coffee or a pint :)

- 5 bedroom semi-detached property
- Off-road parking (parking permits available for about £86 per year if required)
- Large open plan kitchen/living room
- 1 bathroom w/ toilet, a small toilet room and a separate shower room.
- Direct side-gate access (great for bikes) to garden and shed (where bikes can be stored).

ABOUT THE ROOM

£730 per month
A larger room on the ground floor in the middle of the house.
French doors into the garden.
Available from the 1st of June.

Council tax is included in the rent (yeey!) and the remaining bills (internet, gas, electricity, water) come to about £80-£90 per month.

ABOUT US
We are a friendly and easy-going group of professionals/PhD student (2 males and 2 females) on regular working timetables who enjoy a relaxed and harmonious living environment. We have a slight preference for another female housemate, but we will mainly be looking for the right fit for the house. We love spending time together, whether it's sharing meals, watching films, or just having a chat in the living room, and are therefore definitely looking for sociable people who'd love to be a part of our little "home". Oh and we also have a beautiful garden, so prepare for BBQs, fruit from the trees, and whatever sun we can get.
