Tenants requirement:
* To book a viewing, please message us your full name(s), occupation, working hours, starting date and how long you plan to stay with us.
* Professionals preferred. Preferring for who do not work from home full-time. It’s ok that you occasionally work from home.
* Single occupancy only. Vsits from family/friend/couple is ok.
* We are happy for a short term contract and have a rolling contract once your contract ends.

Features:

* All bills included except that we don't have TV license
* Luxury 4-bed semi-detached house. We currently uses 1 room as home office, 1 room for my son play room. Only letting out 1 room in the first floor, and there is another room as our bedroom in the second floor. You will only live with us.
* Shared modern dining room/kitchen includes 50-inch Samsung TV, Sonos speaker for music/podcast, filter water, fridges, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, plate warmer, Amazon smart speaker etc. A common ground floor toilet is located next to the kitchen.
* The room for letting is equipped with smart fingerprint lock, smart lights, smart heating, one double bed, optional smart TV, optional Alexa Fire TV and Echo speaker, optional desk/chair. Smart button on bedside table can control all lights in the room.
* The toilet is equipped with smart mirror, smart ceiling light, smart water tap, smart heating and smart shower system. (Water tap and shower fitting with temperature controls, water flow controls, and water massage function)
* Nice quiet area with excellent view around.
* The house is equipped with 200+ smart home devices. There are more smart features if you are interested and we can give you a tour view when you make a view for the room.

* Adaptive lighting temperature/brightness in the house based on presence in room and common spaces.
* Smart vacuum/mop robot keep dining room clean.
* Smart phone app Home Assistant and wireless buttons supported to control smart home devices
* Front door has with smart lock and CCTV covered. It also has a smart doorbell and garden/car park is covered by CCTV
* Motion sensors to turn on/off lights and heating in the common area and your room.

* Secure bike shed for cycles within the private garden.
* BT 150MB fibre broadband with 3 enterprise-level Ubiquiti Wifi access points that covers everywhere in the house to have a great and fast Wifi coverage.
* Room is in a building just 5-year-old and the rooms have not been used for much due to pandemic
* Lived-in landlord to solve any room problem quickly

Location:
* Excellent location and ideal for commutes to Addenbrookes and ARM offices, city centre, train station, near by regular public transport.
* Walking/Cycling distance to David Lloyds gym, large Sainsberry’s store, Mill Road, Cherry Hinton High Street (takeaways, restaurants, pubs, and shops).

Room1:
* We now use this room for our sons play room so no longer renting this room.

Room2:
*Slightly larger double bed room than Room1 with large window facing northern-west but has better view than room1
*En-suite smart toilet with better shower fittings and windows in the toilet.
*Pre-recorded virtual room viewing is available but tenants finds the place looks better after in-person viewing compared to the video I recorded :)

Landlords:
* We are couples and lived in the second floor and there are 2 rooms to let in the first floor. We are outgoing and friendly. The living room (not shown in pictures) will only privately used by us. It also means the rest of common spaces are not often used by us and you can enjoy the common spaces if you need more room.
* We both are full time employees and work in hybrid-style (i. e. a few days working from home, a few days in office in a week)
* We use the living room as a home office and a room in first floor as home office as well.
* We have a boy born in 2024 and he went to nursery/school in the daytime
* We have guests comes very occasionally. Most of time, there is only up to two tenants including yourself, living with three of us so you probably won’t feel crowded in the common area.
* We are very friendly and have been enjoyed the time for all the tenants living with us for the last few years.

Ground floor - Kitchen, dining room, garden and bike shed for storage.
