I am homeowner and live here as well. Rest of the house (3 additional bedrooms and a separate downstairs lounge) would not be shared space currently. However you will access to two living spaces.

I am a friendly sociable professional looking to share the space with someone who I will get on with 😊 I also have a cat who has free run of the house as well - so someone who likes cats would be preferable ;) I have another female moving in to the middle floor shortly - so there would be three of us living here in total
