Small double room. Close to train station, CMK, Lidls is 5 min walk away. Room comes with under bed storage & chest drawers, clothes rail if required. TV, access to internet, Netflix, Prime. Shared bathroom with powershower. Access to facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, airfryer. Seating area in back garden. Which is beautiful and sunny space during summer months. A parking space available. This is a quiet area so you will need to show consideration to my neighbours and fit right in. I am looking for a professional person. I own two cats who are very friendly so you need to be okay with that. They often demand attention and a fuss, they are very vocal at times. They may wander in to your room for a cuddle. I like to keep my house clean and tidy you will need to fit in and be tidy person also. If you are washing up and clean only what you have used, leaving my used mug, this isn't the place for you. I need someone who will muck in. Housework will be both our responsibilities, not just mine. I work from home so I am here most of the time. I am ideally looking for someone who is happy to catch up after a days work, happy to share a roast on Sundays. Someone who will run the hoover around, maybe put some food down for the kitties. I want this to be a calm friendly relaxed atmosphere and for this to feel like a home to you. I am pretty easy going. I like fun intelligent converstaion. I like to eat quite healthy I visit the gym several times a week. I am ideally looking for a female. Happy to consider short term lets, I often take employees to the OU.
